A: That's great news! Your first step is to create a profile and make sure you fill out all the information on the My Profile section so that we can better serve you! Click here to create your profile.
Q: What happens after I complete my profile?
A: After you complete your profile, one of our Customer Journey Specialists will verify the information you have entered. In some cases, they may need to call you to confirm what you entered is accurate. Once the information is verified, you will be assigned a mortgage readiness status code. The code will determine your next step.
Q: What is a mortgage readiness status code?
A: A mortgage readiness status code simply lets us know where you fall in the home buying process. The code determines your next step in the process; however, if at any time we feel that you are mortgage ready you will be automatically sent to the Eligibility Determination Session (EDS).
Q: How long does the process take?
A: The time can vary due to different reasons. Typically on a regular AHSTI loan, it takes eight (8) months from when you create your account to when you close.
Q: What if I don't have an email address?
A: If you don't have an email address or do not have access to a computer or smart phone then call us at 687-6263. You may need to come in to our HomeOwnership Center and have one of our team members help you complete a profile.
