Welcome Home! Mission is an event for anyone that is interested in buying a home in our new Speedy Trails Subdivision.

Our event is scheduled for Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Mission City Hall

Appointments encouraged. Walk-ins welcome.

No more appointments are available. Walk-ins only. Cut-off time for walk-ins is 2:30 p.m.

Speedy Trails Subdivision

Speedy Trails is special because it is named in honor of CPL. Jose Luis “Speedy” Espericueta, Jr., a Mission Police Officer who lost his life on June 20, 2019 during a response to a call for assistance.
Corporal Espericueta had served with the Mission Police Department for 13 years and had previously served with the San Benito Police Department for five years. He is survived by his wife and two children.
